[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of his minor daughter and to hand over her custody to him. 2.During the last hearing the detenue was produced before us and was admitted to Sakthi Vidiyal Home, Madurai and the matter was adjourned to today. 3.Recording the same, we close this Habeas Corpus Petition. The Assistance rendered by Ms.T.Seeni Syed Amma, learned counsel to the detenue is placed on record.
