This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime no.348 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent police and Quash the same as against the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi, by way of e-filing in No.LTN.No.20220002600 C.No.202500878. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
