*********** [Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus for production of the petitioner's daughter - Selvi Hemalatha in this Court. It is alleged that the petitioner's daughter is in the illegal custody of the fourth respondent.
2. On the face of the averments in the Writ Petition, the petitioner's daughter - Selvi Hemalatha is 21 years of age and an adult.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the said Selvi Hemalatha has given a statement in writing stating that she has left her home and living with the fourth respondent on her own free will and volition and that she has married the fourth respondent. The Habeas Corpus Petition is thoroughly misconceived and the same is dismissed.
