When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.582 of 2015 has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi on 30.11.2015 and the same has not been taken on file.
