ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend further time of two weeks for executing sureties as per the order dated 13.02.2025, made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2645 of 2025 on the file of this Court.

2. Mr.S.Elago, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the 1/3

petitioner was unable to arrange sufficient sureties within a short period. Hence, the petitioner was unable to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 13.02.2025. Accordingly, he seeks two weeks time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 2645 of 2025, dated 13.02.2025. 3.Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 15.04.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 2645 of 2025, dated 13.02.2025. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
