Respondents Prayer: This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of detenue Rajagopal Son of Thangavel aged about 38 years before this Court from illegal the detention of 3rd respondent and set him at liberty.

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J) This petition has been filed by the wife to produce her husband before this Court and set him at liberty. 2.Detenu is present today. On our enquiry, the detenu stated that he is with the petitioner. Though there appears to be some matrimonial discord between the petitioner and the detenu, we are not inclined to go into the issue. We find that the detenu is not under illegal custody and thus he is set at liberty. 3.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
