ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3251 of 2025, dated 05.03.2025. 2.Mr.K.Dinesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3.Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions only 1/3

for 15 days and charge sheet has also been filed. 4.In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the charge sheet has also been filed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition. 5.Accordingly, this petition is modified and condition No.7(vii) imposed by this Court in the order dated 05.03.2025 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3251 of 2025, is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court weekly twice (i.e., on Monday and Friday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. The other conditions shall hold good.
