*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenu, who is aged about 33 years. According to the petitioner, the wife of the detenu, the third respondent herein, is keeping her husband in illegal custody. The third respondent has given a complaint before the All Women Police Station, Tenkasi, on 05.06.2017, in which an enquiry was conducted and the mother and the father of the petitioner and her husband appeared before the All Women Police Station and gave a statement that they will produce her son within ten days before the said Police Station.
