: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records in detention order passed in C.O.C.No.37/2017, dated 16.06.2017 on the file of the second respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner namely Santhosh, S/o.Raju, male aged 32 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli before this Court and set him at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] Challenging the order of the second respondent, dated 16.06.2017, in C.O.C.No.37/2017, the detenu - Santhosh, aged 32 years, S/o.Raju, who is under detention, has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Advisory Board has revoked the detention order.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
