ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3549 of 2025, dated 25.02.2025. 2.Mr.R.Alagia Nambi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3.Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1/3

respondent-Police submits that the petitioners 1 and 2/A1 and A2 have not been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and they are detained in connection with the Crime No.31 of 2025, on the file of the Vallathirakottai Police Station, Pudukottai District. He further submits that the petitioners 3 and 4/A3 and A4 have been complying with the condition since 12.03.2025 to 01.04.2025. 4.In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed in respect of the petitioners 1 and 2.

5.In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners 3 and 4 in the said Criminal Original Petition. 6.Accordingly, this petition is partly allowed and condition No.7(ii) imposed by this Court in the order dated 25.02.2025 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3549 of 2025, is hereby fully relaxed in respect of the petitioners 3 and 4. The other conditions shall hold good.
