The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the fourth respondent and consequently to remove from the post of President, T.Puliyangulam Panchayat, Tiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to recover public money from the fourth respondent based on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2015. 2.According to the petitioner, the fourth respondent has misappropriated the funds of the village panchayat and therefore, he has sent representation on 18.08.2015 to the respondents 1 to 3. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Mr.R.Udayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the allegation made against the fourth respondent is only out of malice and personal vendetta and there is absolutely no substance in it.

4.We only expect the District Collector, to look into the complaint and to take a pragmatic view of the matter and no harassment is caused to the fourth respondent merely on the basis of the allegation of the petitioner unless it is substantiated by material. 5.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
