O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2014 and consequently direct the respondents to pay the compensation amount for the land acquired from the petitioner by the second respondent in S.Nos.511/1 (Plot Nos.80, 81).

2.It is seen that the petitioner has already approached the respondents by way of representation dated 18.09.2014. Since no order has been passed so far, the present writ petition has been filed for the aforementioned relief.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is

disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.09.2014 and pass appropriate orders after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
