ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3966 of 2025, dated 03.03.2025.

2. Mr.R.L.Dhilipan Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1/3

respondent- Police submits that though the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation, in view of the offence involved in this case is under the NDPS Act, he prays for a modification of the condition imposed by this Court.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is modified and condition No.7 (vii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3966 of 2025, dated 03.03.2025, is hereby modified and the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, Theni, weekly once (i.e., on Monday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.
