(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The allegation made against the fifth respondent is that he is running school unauthorisedly without obtaining approval from the competent authority. Therefore, the petitioner has made a complaint before the Revenue Divisional Officer, the fourth respondent herein who is not competent to decide the issue involved in this writ petition. Hence, no relief as sought for by the petitioner can be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to give complaint before the competent authority. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
