ORDER
The petitioner has sought for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioners dated 08.11.2011 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner, is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue involved, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2011, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the representation is of the year 2011, the petitioner is directed to give one more representation along with a copy of this order for proper disposal. It is made clear that this order should not be construed as giving any positive direction to the respondents and the respondents shall apply their mind independently, in the facts and circumstances of the case and pass appropriate orders, in the manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
