O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the mother of detenu, who has filed this petition on the premise that the detenu is in the illegal custody of the third respondent.

2.The detenu in clear terms has stated that she has married the third respondent and she is a major. The petitioner and her husband also told that eventually, they will not seek the custody of the detenu any longer. The detenu has also informed us that she is not willing to go with the petitioner herein. 3.In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
