This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by one Chinnaiah, petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.64 of 2016 is pending.

4. The petitioner is directed to participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, he shall not be harassed. During the course
of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an F.I.R and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
