ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody since 03.10.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 174 of Cr.P.C., @ 306 of I.P.C. in Crime No.481 of 2018 , on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the husband the daughter of the defacto complainant was the wife and they had three female child and since the petitioner wants a male child, he harassed the deceased to allow his for a second marriage, for which, the petitioner scolded the deceased on 29.05.2018 at about 04.00 p.m., and on the same day, the deceased committed suicide at about 11.00 p.m., by hanging herself. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police opposes the bail application stating that the investigation is pending.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;

(i)the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai.

(ii) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
