ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM,J.) This petition has been filed by the father, seeking production of his son, Sathishkumar, aged 23 years.

2.Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 on instruction submitted that on finding a body of a person, who had been done to death, a DNA test has been conducted by collecting samples of the petitioner and his wife and the report conclusively has determined that the deceased is son of the petitioner. He further submitted that the case relating to the missing of the petitioner's son, which was initially registered under 174 Cr.P.C., stands altered to one under 302 I.P.C. and investigation is on.
