PRAYER: This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records on the file of the second respondent in Detention Order No.08/2019 and set aside the order of detention passed therein dated 23.2.2019 and direct the respondents to produce the detenue by name Anbazhagan, Male, 23 years before this Court, now detained at Central Prison, Madurai and set him at liberty forthwith.
