ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the 2nd Respondent to give proper police protection to the petitioner life and limb, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 07.03.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry is undertaken in C.S.R.No.199 of 2023 and summon was also issued to th petitioner, but she did not appear. But she is also not residing in the above said address. Pending the above said enquiry, now the petition has been filed seeking police protection to the life and limb. 3.Let the above said representation be disposed of within a period of 10 days from the date of appearance of the parties, after assessing the real ground situation.
