O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.11.2014 for issuance of proper computer patta in respect of Patta No.39, Thathaneri Village, Madurai North Taluk, for Survey Nos. 6/4 7/4 8/1A and 8/1D.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has already approached the first respondent by way of representations dated 29.09.2014, 27.10.2014, 17.11.2014, 01.12.2014 and 08.12.2014 and the first respondent has also forwarded his representations to the second respondent. In spite of the same, no order has been passed so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed for the aforementioned relief. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.11.2014 and pass appropriate orders after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
