ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.05.2015 and give police protection for surveying the petitioner's land in Survey No.11/2 situated at Baalakombai Village, Andipatty Taluk, Theni District.

2.Mr.D.Muruganandham, Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, dated 07.05.2015, for surveying the petitioner's land in Survey No.11/2, situated at Baalakombai Village, Andipatty Taluk, Theni District, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, if there are no legal impediments, and give police protectioin for surveying the land in question. Time for surveying the petitioner's land is one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
