It is represented that the fourth respondent, R.Velayutham, has since expired and that the petitioner, Ramakrishnan, being the son of the deceased fourth respondent, seeks to come on record in his place.
2. Considering the averments made in the petition and the fact that the writ petitioner has already arrayed the fourth respondent as a party to the proceedings, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
3. The newly impleaded party shall file his counter, if any, in the main writ petition.
