This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to file final report in Crime No.431 of 2013 within a time frame.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after investigation, the 2nd respondent filed the final report in Crime No.413 of 2013, which was taken on file as P.R.C.No.66 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai.
4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
