ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that because of mental and behavioural disorder the petitioner was admitted in Ananthapuri Hospitals and Research Institute, Thiruvananthapuram and now, still is taking treatment for mental illness.

2. In view of the said submission, the question of anticipatory bail may not arise. The custody petition only will lie as per the provision of the Mental Health Act.

3. With the above observation, this Criminal original Petition is disposed of.
