ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass to the petitioners, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Thangaraj case in Crime NO.51 of 2022 was registered on 05.09.2022. It is the murder of gain. Suspecting the involvement of the petitioner, he was called for enquiry. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that absolutely, there is no involvement by the petitioner. Compulsion has been made by the second respondent to admit the above said commission of offence.

4.When serious allegation is made it is the duty of the respondent to investigate the matter. There is no question of harassment. The 2/4

petitioner must co-operate for enquiry. If during the course of enquiry, if any trouble arise, then he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
