Prayer in W.P(MD)No.363 of 2015: Petition filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue patta to the lands in old S.No.187 New S.No.182/4 in Suriyur Village Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District to the petitioner.

For 4th Respondent : No appearance (In W.P.No.20238/2014) For 4th Respondent : M/s.S.Devasena (In W.P.No.21169/2014) For 3rd Respondent : M/s.J.Anandhavalli (In W.P(MD)No.363 of 2015) COMMON ORDER Since the issue involved is common in all these writ petitions, they are taken up together and disposed of by a common order. 2.Challenging the order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.Aa2/14536/2013, dated 15.12.2014, W.P(MD)No.21169 of 2014 has been filed.

3.W.P(MD)No.20238 of 2014 has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to prohibit the first respondent from hearing the Appeal Petition filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.A78329-2013, dated 20.08.2014 till the disposal of the suit before the Civil Court.

4.The prayer in W.P(MD)No.363 of 2015 is to direct the second respondent to issue patta to the lands in old S.No.187-New S.No.182/4 in Suriyur Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District to the petitioner.

5.After elaborate arguments, learned counsel for the respective parties submitted that as the issues involved in these writ petitions are pending consideration in O.S.Nos.1776 of 2012, 169 of 2012, 1477 of 2012 and 375 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli and they have also mutually agreed to ventilate their grievance before the said civil court.

6.In such view of the matter, these writ petitions are disposed of leaving it open to the parties to work out all their remedies in the suits filed by them which are said to be pending before the Civil Court.
