O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J] The petitioner is the mother seeking the presence of the detenue, who is her daughter, said to have abducted by respondent No.3.

2. The detenue is present before us today. She deposed in clear terms that she is 21 years age and completed B.Sc. Degree and married the third respondent and recently the marriage has also been registered. She also informed us she is talking to the petitioner over phone.

3. In such view of the matter, we do not find any merit in the petition and it is dismissed accordingly.
