....Respondents PRAYER: This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records connected with the detention order in No.18/BCDFGISSV/2019, dated3.3.2019, on the file of the second respondent and to quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the Petitioner's son namely Prakash aged about 20 years, son of Senraj, now confined at Borstal School, Pudukkottai before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
