Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to release the petitioner's unregistered Tractor and its Trailer bearing chasis No.MBNAS48ABJTP34073 seized by the third respondent on 30.04.2020 to the petitioner. Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking release of the petition mentioned vehicle.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader states that in this case, First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.97 of 2020 on the file of the third respondent and the vehicle has also been produced before the jurisdictional criminal Court in RPR No.225 /2020, dated 03.07.2020.
