PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to register an FIR against the proposed accused person pursuant to the order dated 05.04.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.222 of 2022 by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to register an FIR against the proposed accused person pursuant to the order dated 05.04.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.222 of 2022 by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar.

2. The petitioner has lodged complaint before the second respondent, however the second respondent did not register any case and as such the petitioner was constrained to file a petition under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar and the learned Magistrate by an order dated 05.04.2022 had directed the second respondent herein to investigate the matter and file a report, however the second respondent even till today did not register any First Information Report and kept the matter in cold storage.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to register the First Information Report forthwith as against the accused persons as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8308 of 2022 No.II, Virudhunagar and investigate the same.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
