ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioner based on his representation dated 04.04.2024.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and the same has also been closed on 30.04.2024. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the third respondent, is inclined to pass order in this petition.
