This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to secure the second accused in Crime No.747 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the second accused has obtained anticipatory bail before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6946 of 2016 by an order dated 06.06.2016. Subsequently, the respondent police have investigated the case and also filed a final report and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.303 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Srivilliputtur.
