ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.134 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, this Court may permit the petitioner to canvass all the points before the Law Enforcing Agency, where the crime is setting in motion and direct the Law Enforcing Agency to pass appropriate orders if the petitioner is innocent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the investigation in this case will be completed within a period of 12 weeks and if the petitioner is innocent, appropriate order will be passed.

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Law Enforcing Agency to file a charge sheet, if the offence is made out within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioner is at liberty to canvass all the points before the Law Enforcing Agency at the time of investigation. Conseqeuntly, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
