PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 210 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.04.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 366 (A) of IPC in Crime No.210 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the victim girl is aged about 15 years and she was secured from the custody of the petitioner.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 4.This is the second bail application and the earlier petition was dismissed by this Court on 12.05.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6635 of 2021.

CRL OP(MD). No.7178 of 2021 5.Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
