ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The petitioner is the Bank has filed an application dated 14.06.2015 under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 before the respondent. It is submitted by the petitioner that though the queries raised by the respondent were properly explained, no order has been passed so far. Hence, the present writ petition. 2.Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petition and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the

case, the respondent is directed to consider the application filed by the petitioner on 14.06.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
