(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 218 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Though notice has been served on the respondents, none appeared on their behalf. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 218 days, however, on payment of costs.
4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only), to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this 2/3
