ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 I.P.C in Crime No.165 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 17.08.2018, the petitioner along with others had stolen the oil motor pump, worth about Rs.15,000/-. Hence, the complaint.
3.The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there are five previous cases pending against the petitioner in similar nature.
4. Considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
