RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 29.03.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4792 of 2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.MOHAN.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHU MANICKAM, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4792 of 2021, dated 29.03.2021 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 17.04.2021 onwards.

4.Considering the submission made by both counsels and also considering the prevailing pandemic situation, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
