2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vathalagundu by way of e-filing on 27.04.2024 and the same is yet to be taken on file. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vathalagundu to take the final report on file within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
