ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the petitioner's representations dated 18.12.2021 and 22.04.2022 by the first respondent.

2.According to the petitioner, the Registered General Power Deed Document No.26/1992 dated 16.03.1992 is a fraudulent document. In such circumstances, she has given representations on 18.12.2021 and 20.04.2022.

3.Heard Mr.D.Selvanayagam, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.J.John Rajadurai, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.Admittedly, the said representations have not been considered till date by the first respondent. No prejudice would be caused to the first respondent, if the petitioner's representations are considered on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other necessary party, whom https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.8614 of 2022 the first respondent deems fit to enquire.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representations dated 18.12.2021 and 20.04.2022 seeking for cancellation of the alleged fraudulent Registered General Power Deed Document No.26/1992 dated 16.03.1992, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other necessary party, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire, including granting them the right of personal hearing, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
