This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent herein to expedite the investigation in Crime No.199 of 2015 dated 26.07.2015 and file a final report within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. Going by the nature of the allegations and the number of accused involved in this case, this Court is of the view that it will take some time to complete the investigation by the respondent.
