RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to totally relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court on the petitioner vide order dated 29/03/2021 in Crl.MP(MD)No.75 of 2021 in Crl.OP(MD)No.11383 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.R.LAXMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.[MD]No.75 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11383 of 2020, dated 29.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the submission made by both counsels and also considering the prevailing pandemic situation, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
