RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order of modification, modify the condition of the 1st Petitioner made in the order dated 11.04.2022 in Crl.OP(MD) No.6755/2022 on the file of this Hon`ble High Court to that effect that the 1st Petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 6 pm for the remaining period, instead of directing the 1st petitioner to report before the respondent daily at 10.30 am for one month.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEYAKARTHIK.M.S., Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD)No.6755/2022, 11.04.2022 2.It is evident from the records that this Court in earlier order dated 04.04.2022 in Crl.OP(MD) No.6755 of 2022, directed the first petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners have filed the present petition.

CRL MP(MD) No.5740 of 2022 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation is pending. 4.Considering the above, the first petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 06.00 p.m, until further orders.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
