[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of his minor daughter and to hand over her custody to him. 2.It appears the detenue is making some allegations against the petitioner. the third respondent has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody in connection with the criminal cases pending against him. 3.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
