ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that based upon the complaint given by one Anandh, an enquiry was undertaken in C.No.20 of 2022. During the course of enquiry, it came to notice that it is purely civil dispute between the parties and also submitted that no compliant has been registered against the petitioners. 2.Since no complaint has been registered and only the petition enquiry is pending, this Criminal Original Petition has became infructuous.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
