RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court that the Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police daily Morning at 10.30 a.m and Evening at 5.00 p.m until further orders in CRL OP(MD) No.3178 of 2021 dated 09.03.2021 in Crime No.56 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 20.03.2021 and the investigation is almost completed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is working in a private firm and he is unable to attend his work and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
