Respondent in both the writ petitions COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Corporation to forthwith provide, rectify and improve the basic civil amenities in each ward at Ward Nos.55, 56, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 94, 95, 96, 97 & 99 and Ward Nos.2, 3, 4, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 32, 48 & 49 respectively, situated within the limit of the respondent Corporation and as indicated in the typed set of papers within a reasonable time.

For Petitioner in both the petitions : Mr.C.Jeganathan For respondent in both the petitions : Mr.R.Murali COMMON ORDER [Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioners have come up with these Public Interest Litigation seeking a direction to the respondent to forthwith provide, rectify and improve the basic civic amenities in Ward Nos.55, 56, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 94, 95, 96, 97 & 99 and Ward Nos.2, 3, 4, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 32, 48 & 49 respectively, situated within the limit of the respondent Corporation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent / Corporation submitted that

in phased manner, the defects notified by the petitioners have been rectified and as of now, there is no shortcomings. The learned counsel for the petitioner also does not dispute the same. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in these petitions. Accordingly, both the Writ Petitions are closed. No costs.
