JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal has been filed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.148 of 2023, dated 14.02.2023 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Thoothukudi.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,12.04.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
